Minister:
Reverend Jeffrey Witty, Kingdom Chaplain (CLI/CLA), Senior Minister/Priest (FPECC/OCAC)
Minister of The Word (& Sacraments)”, Convergence Christianity (Ancient Future Faith)
Others:
The national counsel of Bishops connects me with their combined bodies of ministers of Canada, from FPECC and OCAC (maybe a 100+ of us), I continue to reach FURTHER.
Soul Center Type:
– Main: Street Chaplaincy & Community Outreach, + Officiating (Baptism, Wedding, I do funerals “free” for the low income/in need)
– Secondary: “Chaplain Multiplication” (from the fed sheep, if they are “called” and discerned) and CLI training access (few pc’s – web café alike on site)

1. Calling and Location
My calling is to bring the presence, peace, and power of Christ to people on the margins—those who live in overlooked spaces such as streets, shelters, recovery houses, hospitals, and transitional communities.
The Soul Center will be based in London Ontario Canada, with a flexible, fixed/mobile presence that meets people where they are. Instead of “just” a single building (“city center shoebox” office/chapel), the “mobile location” is defined as the streets, public spaces, and community hubs where the ministry actively engages (I do this already, “heel-toe work” at “hangouts” of the people I serve).

2. Ministry Format
The ministry will be formal + informal in setting but fully formal in structure. It will be registered as a Soul Center under the Christian Leaders Alliance, giving it accountability, recognition, and credibility. It will be also registered with the Canadian Minister Association (I was offered membership).
Also, I am able to “extend”, what I can, from a registered Canadian Christian Church that I am working with (who, oddly are seeking an Ontario resident to be “Bishop” of the province … I am waiting to be instructed by CLI …).
I am currently part of the wider body of Christ through a registered Canadian Christian Church [as I mentioned], but this Soul Center represents a unique, outward-facing expression of pastoral care.
Key activities include:
• Street Chaplaincy Presence: weekly visits to bus stops, tent encampments, shelters, and community centers.
• Mercy Care Kits: distributing food, water, hygiene supplies, and seasonal needs.
• Apologetics, from “Roll-Deep Logic” (criminal “ethics”) – Granola bar (feed the body, build the trust) + “Would you DIE, for a LIE?” (Recursive, layered, Bayesian probability ladder – I am a math and analytics expert, I can take it from 0.001% to 97.67% [extreme skeptic] using simple steps that occur inside the single 1st century AD/CE, using inclusion as Nasari (Mar Toma Nasrani – showing it has nothing to do with race, region, empire, languages or esoteric cultural view – its very “good math”). Requires “more faith” to refute/deny Christ’s resurrection.
• Spiritual Support: prayer, Scripture sharing, one-on-one pastoral listening.
• Ceremonial Ministry: weddings, funerals, hospital bedside prayers, memorials.
• Mentorship & Training: developing other volunteers and chaplain assistants.

4. Ministry Practices (Soul Center Religious Practices)
The Soul Center will reproduce the essential practices of a Christian religious society:
• Note: I will perform/provide Sacraments/Etc on request (on a sidewalk, need be). It is VALID (& imho, licit)
• Gathering for Prayer & Scripture: weekly devotionals in public spaces or homes.
• Worship & Communion: offered in small groups or chaplain-led gatherings.
• Pastoral Rites: weddings (I can “solemnize” legally also), baptisms, funerals, blessings. Etc
• Teaching & Discipleship: equipping others for relational ministry. Badly Needed
• Community Service: Charity, “Good Works” and other tangible acts of mercy and justice.

Soul Connection Practices
• Daily Prayer Rhythm (personal and intercessory), Hesychastic “Daily Rosary”.
• Community Prayer Walks in ministry areas.
• Small Group Fellowship (coffee shop devotionals, park gatherings, shoebox chapel).
• Pastoral Care Conversations (one-on-one/etc chaplaincy).

Community Impact and Scope
The Soul Center’s geographic scope is London Ontario Canada. I expect to serve individuals through chaplaincy presence and mercy care. The impact will grow as volunteers and partners join.
This DOES NOT include “heel-toe, granola bar apologetics” out reach
Focus areas include:
• Individuals experiencing homelessness.
• People struggling with addiction or recovery.
• Veterans and trauma survivors.
• Marginalized families in transition.
• “End of Life”/”Loss” ministry

Legal Standing and Credibility
The Soul Center will operate under the ministerial credentials of the Christian Leaders Alliance, CMA and FPECC/OCAC.
By maintaining the recognized structure of a religious society—prayer, teaching, worship, and rites—it ensures credibility both spiritually and legally. Officiating fees, offerings and donations will support ongoing outreach supplies and activities.

Sustainability & Multiplication
• I am partnered with “Plus Nothing”, “Bibles for Canada”, “Give The Word” & “Tavistock Bible Chapel”. Who generously provide, limited amounts, of biblical media/materials (tracts, bibles, etc).
• I am also a Canadian partner of “Rosary Army” (In person free “Knot” Catholic and Protestant Rosaries or “knot cross bracelet/necklace”)
• Establish a rhythm of two “officiating” days, four “street outreach” days per week and one rest/sabbath day.
• Develop training workshops for volunteers to learn SCRIPTURE (you would be amazed, at the low levels of scripture knowledge in Canadian clergy – UNACCEPTABLE), doctrinal discernment, active listening, basic chaplaincy skills, and safe outreach.
• Build partnerships with local churches, shelters, and community groups. This, I am .. very well suited to …
• Over time, identify and mentor; “obedient to commandments” and of “faithful of witness” (obeying 1 Timothy 5:22) future Soul Center leaders to multiply impact. (Good Trees > Good Fruit)

Conclusion
One Word, Many Voices will not be confined to its walls but will be a living presence of Christ’s love in public spaces. Grounded in doctrine, Scripture, prayer. mercy, and pastoral care, it will extend the mission of the Christian Leaders Alliance into Canada and further to the margins of society, bringing dignity, restoration, and hope to those who need it most.
