Purpose

The MMCs purpose is to serve grassroots Christian leaders and ministries seeking to revitalize Christianity locally and globally. The MMCs do this by identifying, training, and credentialing more Christian leaders to serve in churches, ministries, and other expressions of Christian service.

Minister Mobilization Centers Global Hub Strategy

MMCs have a three-part strategy for achieving their goals:

Partner with local churches and ministries.

The MMC partners with local churches and ministries to provide training and resources to MMC leaders. This training is designed to equip people with the skills and knowledge they need to be influential leaders and ministers in their churches and communities.

Offer minister credentialing programs.

MMCs offer minister credentialing programs that lead to minister credentials through the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA). The ministry training is provided through the tuition-free courses of the Christian Leaders Institute. These programs are designed to help people called to ministry become licensed or ordained bi-vocational or vocational ministers.

Promote ecuministry licensing and ordination credentials.

The MMC promotes ecuministry ordination through Christian Leaders. Ministers ordained through Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA) can hold dual credentials. The minister can be licensed or ordained with CLA and also serve locally as a church member in an existing denomination or church.

Become a regional resource for soul centers that mobilize ministers.

Christian Leaders Alliance ministers serve in many capacities. These Minister Mobilization Centers will connect and encourage connections, partnerships, and collaborations.

The MMCs are currently implementing their strategy by:

  • Opening a downtown Grand Rapids location as an administrative hub.
  • Marketing the programs to potential participants through various channels, including online advertising, social media, and word-of-mouth.
  • Tracking the programs’ results to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Evaluating the programs to determine their effectiveness.
  • Adjusting the programs as needed based on the evaluation results.

The MMC believes that this strategy and plan have the potential to bring about a great spiritual awakening locally and globally.

I grew up in the Episcopal Church and have always served in ministry as a layperson in the church throughout my walk. But it wasn’t until I came across Christian Leaders Institute and Alliance that I was able to get the ministry training I needed and to be ordained that I am now moving forward in Chaplaincy Ministry. The clergy at Saint Barnabas have also been very supportive. Currently, they have commissioned me as a Eucharistic Minister and also as an Alter Server which is the first step in being ordained as a Deacon and Priest.

I am thankful that the Christian Leaders Alliance has called and equipped me to minister at this fellowship soul center.

I minister to all I can here in Las Vegas. As a Chaplain at Sunrise Hospital, I minister to the patients and staff there. I also minister to the homeless in the community and to folks who are alone in their home and can’t for whatever reason get out.

Through Chaplaincy, I minister by being there for patients and staff through some of their darkest times and some of their most joyous.

Biblical Faith & Reasoning

Getting to Know Me:
I am David Lee Brown. I was raised in Orlando, Florida, and saved and baptized in the First Baptist Church Pine Castle in Orlando, Florida. Since 1979 I have been a born-again believer dedicated to serving my Lord, Jesus Christ. I spent 20 years in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. Before completing my career, I earned a Bachelor of Science from George Washington University in Washington, DC. Since then, I’ve been a lifelong learner of the natural sciences and the Bible through reading and studying the Bible multiple times in self-study. Then I started my studies at Christian Leaders Institute in 2018. I have taught Sunday school to youth and adults. I’ve preached from the pulpit. Now I serve as a soul center for my community.
My Calling:
My calling is writing and teaching about all things Biblical. I completed and published my first book King David, Conflicting Worldviews, in 2013. I finished and published my second book, Transfigured to Serve, a Glimpse of Eternity, in 2014. I initially established my website to advertise my books, but I’ve added features over the years. I write an almost weekly Blog to share what I’ve learned and share the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. I’ve also posted sermons, a discipleship program, and my mission and statement of faith. I’ve done all this to open people’s hearts and minds to the saving knowledge and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.
My Soul Center Calling:
Inspired by my new-found credentials from Christian Leaders Alliance, I’m opening my heart, knowledge, experience, and skills to my community as a soul center. My Biblical Faith & Reasoning soul center will serve my church, Proffit’s Grove Baptist Church, and my community through teaching, officiant services, and Life Coach services. In Jesus’ name!
Who I Serve:
I enjoy writing and teaching the Word of God to bring souls to the saving knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus to the English-speaking world. I also desire to serve my community by providing pre-marital counseling and wedding services for Christian couples. I also want to serve people in my community with Christian Life Coaching services. I intend to specialize in helping pastors, evangelists, and other church leaders through Life Coaching.
Souls Involved:
My “Author” page on Facebook has 308 followers, which is also my Biblical Faith & Reasoning Page. Many of them are not local, but many are, so I will serve any of them that are local and request my services. I’ll also continue to share my writing with the English-speaking world through my Biblical Faith & Reasoning soul center.

Faithful Cross Ministries

GETTING TO KNOW US:

We are a brother-sister ministry team, James Kirkpatrick and Elizabeth Moses. We were born and raised in Maryland to Christian parents. We are Evangelical Christians that believe the Bible is God’s word. We truly believe that we should love all and help all and that we all have sin.

James Kirkpatrick:

I have always been a Christian, but I never fully understood the meaning of that statement and how powerful of a meaning that actually is until I truly put my full heart into Jesus back in 2017.

I am an Ordained minister and certified life coach from CLA. I am also a certified volunteer Firefighter in Maryland.

My goal is to receive my Associates Degree in Divinity from Christian Leaders College and eventually go for my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. I plan on taking all the classes CLI, CLA, and CLC have to offer. The more I know, the more I can offer and the more I can help. I truly care about helping people and doing God’s work. I also have a dream to teach a class for CLI one day.

I have developed a passion for Christian apologetics, Christian blogging, and Christian philosophy.
I currently have a Christian blog that I share my thoughts.
I am currently working on writing a few Christian books.

Besides my love for The Lord, I enjoy traveling, the beach, camping, my family, friends, and reading anything on history.

Elizabeth Moses:

I grew up in a Christian house, but it wasn’t until recently I realized I wasn’t fully putting my heart into my faith. My brother James Kirkpatrick was the one who inspired me and showed me Christian Leaders Institute. My goal is to earn my diploma from CLI and spread the word. I have a passion for music, art, administrative, helping people, animals, reading, and of course the Lord.

I also enjoy camping, traveling, my family, my friends, my puppy, and holidays.

Our past:

We know how hard this world can be and know how hard it is to deal with mental health issues as we both have battled anxiety, panic disorder, and depression. James also has Psoriatic Arthritis (an autoimmune disease).

We have been through the struggles of having no money, no house, and no food in the past. At one point in life, we were even living in a cheap tent in the woods and trying to catch fish just to have food to survive. But we knew in our heart everything would be okay during all the rough times because we had each other.

We’ve also had some of the greatest adventures together in life from vacations, having our own successful fishing YouTube channel, doing a podcast, we even had a music band together and performed on stage to raise money for charity.

Our Ministry:

We are currently a small house church with Bible studies, but we are working on growing. Our focus is primarily on spreading the gospel and helping people. We believe in loving all and helping all.

  • Have a free service where we help people find jobs, build resumes, and work with them on interview skills.
  • Christian event planning for special events such as weddings, birthdays etc.

We also want to teach some classes on our YouTube channel. We are currently working on filming a course called the Christian way which is focused on how to be a better Christian and how to help others as Christians in different ways.

We plan on sharing CLI, CLA, and CLC with everyone.

Upcoming plans:

We want this ministry to focus on preaching the gospel the way Jesus taught us. Some goals we have for this ministry are to make gift boxes, which will include things like food, personal hygiene kits, gifts, clothes, and a card with a personal prayer from us. It will also include information on the Christian Leaders’ Institute in these boxes to help with education and knowledge of the gospel. We also hope to include a paper in this box with local jobs that are currently hiring and locations of public libraries with computers to use to apply for jobs and to have access to the Christian Leaders Institute. We plan on starting this project this November 2023, with most of the money coming from us and also from us raising money by doing fundraisers. We want this ministry to eventually spread throughout the world.

Souls Involved:

We just started this ministry.

5 year plan:

Eventually, we want to do some ministry work overseas and also want to open a non-denominational church.

Also, we want to open a food kitchen, food center and a homeless shelter.

Flaming Wings & Swords Ministries

Getting to know us:
We are Chris Ryder and Chantal Ryder, married since 2014. We have three children. Chris is a graduate from the Apostolic Bible Institute, St. Paul, MN. Chris and Chantal were ordained with Christian Leaders Alliance in 2021. Chris established Flaming Wings & Swords Ministries, an online Ministry in Germany, which now is serving the local community in the US. Before that, Chris pastored numerous churches within the Apostolic Pentecostal denomination. We now serve the community as fellowship soul center ministers full time.

Our Coming to Christ and Calling to Ministry:
Chris has been walking with the Lord since 1995. It was in 1995 when Chris discerned God was calling him into ministry. Chantal has been walking with the Lord since her early childhood and is helping Chris in ministry.

Joshua 1:9 NIV best describes our family motto:
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

After our marriage we grew through the persecution we had to endure in Germany. This forced us to mature in God and to be courageous, relying solely on Christ, who protected us wherever we went. In the United States of America we serve a local United Methodist Church, while offering pastoral care counseling and life coaching to the community through our counseling services and now through the soul center.

Our Calling to this Soul Center:
We are thankful that Christian Leaders Alliance gave us the necessary ministry training so that we could help our community as best as possible. We believe that every healing starts with a relationship to Christ, and that’s where we lead people to. Nothing is impossible to those who believe.

Who We Serve:
We serve every broken soul in crisis who needs encouragement and a friend to talk to.

Our Ministry:
We love healing the broken hearted. Therefore we focus on, but are not limited to: Pastoral Care Counseling, Life Coaching, Teaching and Preaching, Bible Studies, Family and Marriage Counseling, Family Reconciliation, Abuse and Trauma Survivor Counseling.

Fruitful Garden Ministry Practice Proposal

Issue:
The main issue is that nearly half of all marriages in North Carolina end in Divorce according to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services in a study conducted in 2016. In Mecklenburg County where we will be operating our Ministry Practice, out of a total population of 1,054,835; the total number of marriages were counted at 7,242 and out of this total number of the total marriages there were 3,623 divorces.
When we take a broad brush and examine the divorce rates for the U.S., according to “the American Psychological Association, approximately 40-50% of first marriages end in divorce. The divorce rate for second marriages is even higher, with approximately 60-67% of second marriages ending in divorce.” Furthermore, “…The divorce rate in the United States is highest among adults aged 25-39, with the majority of divorces occurring at the end of the first five years of marriage. The most common reasons for divorce are communication issues, infidelity, and financial problems, among others…”

Despite these numbers, there is a misconception that Christian Marriages are ending at Divorce rates similar to Non-Christian Marriages which simply is just not true.
“…contrary to what’s been reported for years, the divorce rate is not 50 percent; it’s more like 30 percent. And then we find that people who keep God at the center of their home and family stay married at far greater rates, and even thrive within those marriages. One of the reasons for this is that those whose first commitment is to the lordship of Jesus put fewer expectations upon their spouses to meet emotional needs that only God can meet. The lessening of unrealistic expectations gives marriages a stronger foundation upon which to withstand difficult times…”

Summarizing these findings, it has become apparent that in general, whether a couple identifies as Christian before marriage or not, the institution of Marriage is under attack; and to address the solution more effectively, it would behoove us to identify the problem from a Spiritual point of view. From a Christian point of view however, we know what the scriptures say about spiritual warfare and how we must address such issues.

11 “…Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places…” Ephesians 6:11-12

As it relates to Christian marriages, despite having a lower divorce rate in comparison to non-Christian marriages, we are still faced with a problem and the best way to understand and address this problem is through the guise of Spiritual Warfare as instructed in Ephesians 6:12. While we may employ certain strategies in dealing with marital issues from a secular point of view that may be useful in some ways, it still becomes overarchingly important to address Christian Divorce with a Christian Solution and with Christian Principles that dictate how we should resolve such matters of the heart.

“…Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it…” Proverbs 4:23

This now leads us to the purpose of our Ministry Practice, Fruitful Garden.

Purpose:
Through our Ministry Practice, we hope to serve the following populations: couples who are thinking about marriage from the Christian faith; couples who are thinking about marriage who may have been raised Christian but fell away from the faith; couples who may not yet be Christians but have a calling to become Christian before they are married. In this way, we hope to use our Ministry Practice to bring others to Christ through the institution of Marriage through the headship of Jesus the Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Plan:
Under the Spiritual Covering of the Holy Spirit, The Christian Leaders Alliance; Soul Center Network, and Peacefire Organizations, we hope to utilize “The Seven Connections,” coined by President and Professor Henry Reyenga of CLI; as our overarching guideline in serving potential couples throughout our Ministry Practice. Additionally, we will be utilizing such resources as “The Marriage Connection,” and the “Pre-Marriage Badge;” both written by Prof. and Senior Pastor, Steve Elzinga as our framework for the pre/post marriage coaching among the resources provided through the pre-marriage course at CLA. The Marriage Connection will further provide the framework by which we will explore the 9 Essential Christian Premarital Counseling Topics which include; (1) Your spiritual foundation; (2) Your families of origin; (3) The meaning of marriage; (4) Your spiritual intimacy; (5) Your communication; (6) Your conflict; (7) Your view of money; (8) Your future; and finally, (9) Your physical intimacy and sexual history.

  • The Seven Connections include the Following:
    Connection One – God
    Connection Two – Spouse/Friend
    Connection Three – Family
Connection Four – Small Groups and Friends
    Connection Five – Church
    Connection Six – Kingdom
    Connection Seven – World

In sum, we pray that by utilizing the tools and resources provided through the Christian Leaders Alliance; Soul Center Network, and Peacefire, that we will be able to serve and bring to Christ those who have a calling of submitting their marriages to the Headship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ for the benefit of God’s Kingdom on earth, and in heaven.

Personnel Qualifications:
Zadina Musau Cadyma-Renard is a graduate of Salem State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology with an option in Cultural Diversity; Northeastern University where she earned a Master of Science Degree in Leadership; The Boston Teacher Residency Program where she completed a Certificate in Secondary Education. Zadina is an Ordained Minister & Licensed Wedding Officiant through the Christian Leaders Alliance and is also an Ambassador of Peacefire.

Jelfkeegan Renard, Zadina’s husband; is also a student at Christian Leaders Institute and is a Full-time Servant of God and Founder of MARS Missionary Outreach International where he serves the Haitian Community through his online Ministry across, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram in the languages of Haitian Creole and French. Jelfkeegan Renard is a graduate of The Academy of Pure Sciences and Applications (ASPA) in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. Together, Zadina and Jelfkeegan will use their education, skills, and diverse experiences to serve through their Ministry Practice, as One Flesh, under the Headship of Jesus the Christ to help advance the Kingdom of God wherever there is a need.

Conclusion:
As we conclude this proposal, it is fitting to reiterate the vision of “Fruitful Garden Ministry Practice,” which is “To create fruitful disciples who will then go forth to multiply God’s Kingdom on earth as it will be done in Heaven.” Through our Ministry Practice, we envision being able to help effect a positive spiritual transformation within the Greater Charlotte and Piedmont area under the headship of Jesus the Christ, our Lord and Savior, for the benefit and advancement of God’s kingdom.

Thank you,

Ord. Min. Zadina Musau Cadyma and Jelfkeegan Renard
