Summary of Soul Center Made New Outreach is dedicated to walking alongside men and women who are seeking a fresh start in Christ. Through mentorship, discipleship and practical support we aim to provide guidance, connection and the truth of God's word.
Description Started in 2010 by Minister Marion Mulkey it wasn't until 2025 that God gave the ministry a formal name. We have been helping families through donations of clothing, food, and prayer. We are a 501c3 non profit organization located in the heart of Central Fl.
Driven by a deep passion and quiet dependability, our ministry focuses on serving the unsheltered, the incarcerated and the families of those impacted by incarceration.
Key pillars of Service and Community Impact
- Unsheltered and Community Outreach. We have enduring heart for our unsheltered neighbors, offering both immediate physical relief and long term restorative assistance through local public assistance networks. Offering hot meals, clothing, and prayer to meet both physical and spiritual needs directly where people are.
- Vital documentation and Resource Navigation: Partnering with local ministries to assist the unsheltered individuals in obtaining proper government identification, opening doors for them to access critical local support and government assistance programs.
- Correctional and Youth Justice Partnerships.
We believe no one is beyond the reach of God's redeeming power. Our dedicated outreach into the justice system includes active partnerships with:
- Department of Juvenal Justice: Mentoring and guiding youth toward a positive path and a fresh start.
- Prison Fellowship & Marion County Women's Annex Prison: Developing hope, discipleship and practical re-entry resources to women and men during incarceration and after incarceration.
- Family Support Networks: Extending prayer, mentorship and holistic encouragement to the families of the incarcerated individuals as they navigate difficult seasons.
