Following the beautiful pattern of Christ’s relational ministry, we offer structured, intentional mentoring. Seasoned leaders walk alongside men, women, and young adults, pouring out wisdom, life experience, and biblical insight. We aim to help you become deeply proficient in the Word of God and fully confident in applying it to your modern, daily life.

Identity & Leadership Training

Every person is called to influence others—whether that is leading a household, stepping into a college classroom, navigating the corporate workplace, or serving in the local church. Our training focuses on developing servant leadership. We reject the world’s version of aggressive success, choosing instead to lead through humility, emotional intelligence, and selfless example, just as Jesus modeled (Mark 10:45).

Ministry & Calling

We intentionally equip you to identify and utilize your unique spiritual gifts for the building up of the Body of Christ. The Wayfinder Coach moves beyond surface-level discussions to active engagement, empowering you to minister effectively right where you are—in your friendships, your career, and your community—to living out the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).

• He holds credentials as a Life Coach Minister through the Christian Leaders Alliance and is an Ordained Minister through the National Association of Christian Ministers.
• Scott is a dedicated member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and The International Christian Coaches Association, ensuring that your coaching experience is grounded in theological depth, practical strategy, and ethical care.
