My wife Karen and I have been happily married since 1995. Karen is not only an accomplished author but also a remarkable woman of God, an outstanding mother, and a wonderful wife who supports me in many aspects of my life. We have been truly blessed by the Lord with nine wonderful children. After the passing of my mom, we embarked on a journey to establish a business catering to the needs of families enduring the loss of a loved one. For over 23 years, we have successfully provided support to those in grief.

We strongly believe that the Lord is calling us to expand our ministry’s reach by leveraging our church foundation’s teachings, our experiences with families because of our business, as well as the education we’ve received from Christian Leaders. Our aim is to have a greater impact in the community and around the world. Furthermore, we feel directed to establish a grief ministry/foundation to better support grieving families, utilizing life-enhancing principles from the Word of God to guide them through their grief journey towards joy. Our aim is to minister to people both locally and abroad.

“It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart. Sorrow is better than laughter: for by the sadness of the countenance the heart is made better.” Ecclesiastes 7:2-3
We plan to begin with a grief ministry, offering healing through the Word, and then implement the Joyful Journey walk, guiding individuals towards victorious living in every aspect through the Word of God. We understand that grief can serve as a catalyst for individuals to examine their own mortality and the brevity of life, ultimately leading them to seek help. We aim to work with them while introducing them to Christ and the new life that can be found in Him.

Our mission is to assist those who have recently experienced grief or the loss of a loved one by:

(1) providing support and information to help during their time of suffering and active grieving,

(2) encouraging them to cherish the lives of those who remain with them and the potential for creating new experiences and memories, and

(3) aiding them in establishing a lasting legacy, crafting their own powerful story, and testimony to the Lord.

We aspire to be a light through the darkness of the world, pointing to Christ. The number of souls involved could potentially be very large, and we envision establishing Light House church soul centers to be local points for grieving families around the world.

With vast experience in our ministry area, including officiating of a funeral, assisting with entire funeral arrangements, providing end-of-life care, ministering to grieving families through prayer, writing, and sharing life stories, and organizing and conducting online Bible study groups, we are excited about this next chapter the Lord has for our lives.

Little Pond Christian Ministry

Little Pond Christian Ministry exists to unite God and people. Our mission and desire is to call individuals to a saving and growing relationship with Christ. This is encouraged through joyful worship, service which shares God’s love with those in need, proclamation of the good news of Jesus Christ, education in His ways and nurture of one another through Christian fellowship.
Little Pond Christian Ministry accomplishes its mission by bringing one scripture verse at a time, one prayer at a time, one message of Christ’s love at a time, and one act of Christian love at a time, into the lives of God’s children. The love of Christ, through these little acts, through His working, collect and contribute into a little pond, an oasis, of Christian warmth and faith in Christ the Savior in the individual lives of His people.

Little Pond Christian Ministry knows that the Living Water is embodied by these small acts, droplets, that flow into the stream of faith that form a little pond of essential sustenance in a believer’s life. The little pond of faith formed in a believer’s life is a reservoir for the believer to tap into for refreshment and to share with others.  Building this pool of refreshment is so needed in a world filled with those who know of Christ but may not know Him personally or see Him at work in their life, but, through the working of the Holy Spirit, come to know Him more and more as their  personal, loving, Savior and Lord.

Little Pond Christian Ministry offers believers, new and old, God’s Word and God’s Love. Little Pond Ministry is a Biblically based ministry in the Reformed tradition.  Service is provided one scripturally sound message and prayer at a time through, Pulpit Ministry, Bible study, Christian wedding and funeral services, visitation, leading corporate prayer as well as prayer with individuals and small groups and multimedia messages of God’s eternal and unequaled love, hope and inspiration.

Little Pond Christian Ministry was established by Christopher Sweerus, an ordained Minister of the Word through the Christian Leader’s Alliance.  Rev. Sweerus has been communicating God’s Word, and sharing God’s love, for the past 25 years first as an ordained Deacon, then as an Elder in His church, and most recently as a Minister of the Word.  He has earned multiple bachelor’s degrees and multiple master’s degrees including his Divinity degree which he achieved summa cum laude as well as studying for his doctoral degree.  He is also a professor and media professional and was a founder and the Operations Director of a Christian radio station serving the New York Metropolitan area.  Chris has guided one on one with God’s children and has led Bible Studies and Worship for large groups. Minister Mobilization Centers Global Hub

Minister Mobilization Centers Global Hub

The minister mobilization centers global hub

The Minister Mobilization Centers (MMCs) focus on raising revival through the multiplication and mobilization of Christian leaders. The MMC is a registered Soul Center of the Christian Leaders Alliance. The minister mobilization centers global hub is located in downtown Grand Rapids. This global hub mobilizes ministers in West Michigan and supports Minister Mobilization Centers worldwide.  MMCs are ministries of Christian Leaders to create reproducible ministry organizations.

Purpose

The MMCs purpose is to serve grassroots Christian leaders and ministries seeking to revitalize Christianity locally and globally. The MMCs do this by identifying, training, and credentialing more Christian leaders to serve in churches, ministries, and other expressions of Christian service.

Minister Mobilization Centers Global Hub Strategy

MMCs have a three-part strategy for achieving their goals:

Partner with local churches and ministries.

The MMC partners with local churches and ministries to provide training and resources to MMC leaders. This training is designed to equip people with the skills and knowledge they need to be influential leaders and ministers in their churches and communities.

Offer minister credentialing programs.

MMCs offer minister credentialing programs that lead to minister credentials through the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA). The ministry training is provided through the tuition-free courses of the Christian Leaders Institute. These programs are designed to help people called to ministry become licensed or ordained bi-vocational or vocational ministers.

Promote ecuministry licensing and ordination credentials.

The MMC promotes ecuministry ordination through Christian Leaders. Ministers ordained through Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA) can hold dual credentials. The minister can be licensed or ordained with CLA and also serve locally as a church member in an existing denomination or church.

Become a regional resource for soul centers that mobilize ministers.

Christian Leaders Alliance ministers serve in many capacities. These Minister Mobilization Centers will connect and encourage connections, partnerships, and collaborations.

The MMCs are currently implementing their strategy by:

  • Opening a downtown Grand Rapids location as an administrative hub.
  • Marketing the programs to potential participants through various channels, including online advertising, social media, and word-of-mouth.
  • Tracking the programs’ results to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Evaluating the programs to determine their effectiveness.
  • Adjusting the programs as needed based on the evaluation results.

The MMC believes that this strategy and plan have the potential to bring about a great spiritual awakening locally and globally.

Misfits Church

Misfits Church is a place for people who used to go to church, but have gotten discouraged; a place for healing; a place to make a new start; a place to connect with other Christian believers and share their faith; a place for people who want to give church one…more…chance. It’s also a place for people who are seeking the Truth, and want to know more about Christianity. ALL are welcome.

We offer online church services on Sunday at 11:00am (PST) as well as a small in person service. There is a FaceBook page where people can connect, and where you can read encouraging posts about faith.

About Misfits:

Elinore Johnson started with Christian Leaders Institute in 2019, receiving first her Deacon Minister ordination and then her Christian Life Coaching certification in 2020. She took a break to get training as a Wedding Celebrant and started doing weddings in 2021. In 2023, she laddered her credits into an Associate’s degree in Divinity, then achieved her Bachelor of Chaplaincy June 2025. She also obtained her Minister of the Word certification and now she is Reverend Ely (Elinore) Johnson. She started Misfits Church after seeing so many of her wedding couples who had no church home or who were brought up in church but didn’t feel they belonged anymore. We are a small group that meet and a larger group that watch the service online. Praise God for giving me this chance to make a difference and to serve Him!

Mission Statement
“To embody the healing presence of Jesus Christ in overlooked places, offering dignity, hope, and spiritual restoration through street chaplaincy and soul care.”
________________________________________
Scientia firmat. Per ignem, incombustum. Vinculis ruptis.

(Knowledge strengthens. Through fire, unburnt. Chains shattered.)

To God be the glory.
— Jeffrey Witty

Per saecula saeculorum
– For ever and ever (or “ages of ages”)
________________________________________
Minister:
Reverend Jeffrey Witty, Kingdom Chaplain (CLI/CLA), Senior Minister/Priest (FPECC/OCAC)
Minister of The Word (& Sacraments)”, Convergence Christianity (Ancient Future Faith)

Others:
The national counsel of Bishops connects me with their combined bodies of ministers of Canada, from FPECC and OCAC (maybe a 100+ of us), I continue to reach FURTHER.

Soul Center Type:
– Main: Street Chaplaincy & Community Outreach, + Officiating (Baptism, Wedding, I do funerals “free” for the low income/in need)
– Secondary: “Chaplain Multiplication” (from the fed sheep, if they are “called” and discerned) and CLI training access (few pc’s – web café alike on site)
________________________________________
1. Calling and Location
My calling is to bring the presence, peace, and power of Christ to people on the margins—those who live in overlooked spaces such as streets, shelters, recovery houses, hospitals, and transitional communities.
The Soul Center will be based in London Ontario Canada, with a flexible, fixed/mobile presence that meets people where they are. Instead of “just” a single building (“city center shoebox” office/chapel), the “mobile location” is defined as the streets, public spaces, and community hubs where the ministry actively engages (I do this already, “heel-toe work” at “hangouts” of the people I serve).
________________________________________
2. Ministry Format
The ministry will be formal + informal in setting but fully formal in structure. It will be registered as a Soul Center under the Christian Leaders Alliance, giving it accountability, recognition, and credibility. It will be also registered with the Canadian Minister Association (I was offered membership).
Also, I am able to “extend”, what I can, from a registered Canadian Christian Church that I am working with (who, oddly are seeking an Ontario resident to be “Bishop” of the province … I am waiting to be instructed by CLI …).
I am currently part of the wider body of Christ through a registered Canadian Christian Church [as I mentioned], but this Soul Center represents a unique, outward-facing expression of pastoral care.
Key activities include:
• Street Chaplaincy Presence: weekly visits to bus stops, tent encampments, shelters, and community centers.
• Mercy Care Kits: distributing food, water, hygiene supplies, and seasonal needs.
• Apologetics, from “Roll-Deep Logic” (criminal “ethics”) – Granola bar (feed the body, build the trust) + “Would you DIE, for a LIE?” (Recursive, layered, Bayesian probability ladder – I am a math and analytics expert, I can take it from 0.001% to 97.67% [extreme skeptic] using simple steps that occur inside the single 1st century AD/CE, using inclusion as Nasari (Mar Toma Nasrani – showing it has nothing to do with race, region, empire, languages or esoteric cultural view – its very “good math”). Requires “more faith” to refute/deny Christ’s resurrection.
• Spiritual Support: prayer, Scripture sharing, one-on-one pastoral listening.
• Ceremonial Ministry: weddings, funerals, hospital bedside prayers, memorials.
• Mentorship & Training: developing other volunteers and chaplain assistants.
________________________________________
4. Ministry Practices (Soul Center Religious Practices)
The Soul Center will reproduce the essential practices of a Christian religious society:
• Note: I will perform/provide Sacraments/Etc on request (on a sidewalk, need be). It is VALID (& imho, licit)
• Gathering for Prayer & Scripture: weekly devotionals in public spaces or homes.
• Worship & Communion: offered in small groups or chaplain-led gatherings.
• Pastoral Rites: weddings (I can “solemnize” legally also), baptisms, funerals, blessings. Etc
• Teaching & Discipleship: equipping others for relational ministry. Badly Needed
• Community Service: Charity, “Good Works” and other tangible acts of mercy and justice.
________________________________________
Soul Connection Practices
• Daily Prayer Rhythm (personal and intercessory), Hesychastic “Daily Rosary”.
• Community Prayer Walks in ministry areas.
• Small Group Fellowship (coffee shop devotionals, park gatherings, shoebox chapel).
• Pastoral Care Conversations (one-on-one/etc chaplaincy).
________________________________________
Community Impact and Scope
The Soul Center’s geographic scope is London Ontario Canada. I expect to serve individuals through chaplaincy presence and mercy care. The impact will grow as volunteers and partners join.
This DOES NOT include “heel-toe, granola bar apologetics” out reach
Focus areas include:
• Individuals experiencing homelessness.
• People struggling with addiction or recovery.
• Veterans and trauma survivors.
• Marginalized families in transition.
• “End of Life”/”Loss” ministry
________________________________________
Legal Standing and Credibility
The Soul Center will operate under the ministerial credentials of the Christian Leaders Alliance, CMA and FPECC/OCAC.

By maintaining the recognized structure of a religious society—prayer, teaching, worship, and rites—it ensures credibility both spiritually and legally. Officiating fees, offerings and donations will support ongoing outreach supplies and activities.
________________________________________
Sustainability & Multiplication
• I am partnered with “Plus Nothing”, “Bibles for Canada”, “Give The Word” & “Tavistock Bible Chapel”. Who generously provide, limited amounts, of biblical media/materials (tracts, bibles, etc).
• I am also a Canadian partner of “Rosary Army” (In person free “Knot” Catholic and Protestant Rosaries or “knot cross bracelet/necklace”)
• Establish a rhythm of two “officiating” days, four “street outreach” days per week and one rest/sabbath day.
• Develop training workshops for volunteers to learn SCRIPTURE (you would be amazed, at the low levels of scripture knowledge in Canadian clergy – UNACCEPTABLE), doctrinal discernment, active listening, basic chaplaincy skills, and safe outreach.
• Build partnerships with local churches, shelters, and community groups. This, I am .. very well suited to …
• Over time, identify and mentor; “obedient to commandments” and of “faithful of witness” (obeying 1 Timothy 5:22) future Soul Center leaders to multiply impact. (Good Trees > Good Fruit)
________________________________________
Conclusion
One Word, Many Voices will not be confined to its walls but will be a living presence of Christ’s love in public spaces. Grounded in doctrine, Scripture, prayer. mercy, and pastoral care, it will extend the mission of the Christian Leaders Alliance into Canada and further to the margins of society, bringing dignity, restoration, and hope to those who need it most.
