Men of Christ Brotherhood

Men of Christ Brotherhood: Iron Sharpening Iron in Mountain Home, AR

The Men of Christ Brotherhood is a dynamic, Christ-centered leadership group rooted in Mountain Home, AR, dedicated to forging men of unwavering faith, servant leadership, and deep relational commitment. As a proud Soul Center Affiliate with the Christian Leaders Alliance, our ministry is grounded in the inerrant truth of Scripture, recognizing that the world needs strong, godly men who lead their families, churches, and communities with integrity and purpose.

Our Calling: Mentoring, Ministry, and Brotherhood

We are more than a fellowship; we are a forge where men are strengthened and equipped to live out their high calling in Christ. Our mission is to build a Brotherhood committed to the biblical principle found in Proverbs 27:17: “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.”

Our focus areas are designed to cultivate men who stand firm in their faith:

Mentoring:
Following the example of Christ and His disciples, we provide structured, intentional relationships where seasoned leaders pour wisdom, experience, and biblical understanding into the next generation. We aim to raise men who are proficient in the Word and dedicated to its application in daily life.

Leadership Training:
Every man is called to lead—whether in his home as a husband and father (Ephesians 5:25), in his workplace, or in the church (1 Timothy 3:1-7). Our training is focused on developing servant leadership—leading not by domination, but by humility and selfless example, just as Jesus commanded (Mark 10:45).

Ministry:
We equip men to identify and utilize their spiritual gifts for the building up of the Body of Christ. The Brotherhood moves beyond mere discussion to active service, empowering men to minister effectively in their spheres of influence and to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).

Brotherhood:
We cultivate a sanctuary of genuine, transparent, and accountability-driven relationships. This is a safe haven where men can speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and stand united in the face of spiritual opposition.

Managed Prayerfully:
The Men of Christ Brotherhood is managed prayerfully by Scott W. Weems, LCM, CCLC, a Trained Life Coach Minister. Scott’s commitment to biblical counseling and leadership is evident in his professional affiliations:

He holds credentials as a Life Coach Minister through the Christian Leaders Alliance and is an Ordained Minister through the North Association of Christian Ministers.

Scott is a dedicated member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and The International Christian Coaches Association, ensuring that the ministry remains grounded in both theological depth and practical, ethical care.

Under Scott’s guidance, the Brotherhood seeks to mold men into the very image of Christ, preparing them not just for leadership, but for a lifelong walk of discipleship, powered by the Holy Spirit. Join us as we strive to be the men God has called us to be.

Outreach 419

Outreach 419 is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and ministry based in Fenwick, Michigan, led by Pastor Heidi Woldhuis. Our mission is to provide a grounded, truthful environment for spiritual growth and life skills development. As a Soul Center, we serve as a community hub for “Life Recovery,” offering support for those navigating the challenges of life, trauma, and spiritual disconnect.

The Mission of Life Recovery
Our ministry is built on the fundamental understanding that the root of human struggle is the “Lie of Self-Rule”—the attempt to live independent of God. We believe the only path to true freedom is through the Truth of God.

At Outreach 419, we do not distinguish between those struggling with substance use and those who are not. We recognize that everyone needs recovery from self-reliance. Our approach is professional and straightforward: we provide the tools, biblical teaching, and community support necessary to move away from destructive patterns and toward a life surrendered to God.

Community Impact: Sober Not Boring
A vital part of our outreach is Sober Not Boring, a program and community initiative designed to show that a life of faith and sobriety is full, active, and joyful.
* Weekly Engagement: We host Friday night gatherings that focus on genuine connection through shared meals and activities. These aren’t just meetings; they are opportunities to build a healthy, fun, and accountable community.
* Support & Education: We offer practical life-skills training—including meal planning and nutrition—alongside peer recovery coaching.
* Accessibility: Our doors are open 24/7 for those in need of a safe space, providing a consistent presence in a rural community where resources can often be scarce.

Reach and Reliability
Outreach 419 currently serves 200–250 people weekly through our in-person services and community programs. Additionally, our message reaches an online audience of 1,200–1,400 listeners each week. We are committed to serving “salt of the earth” people with honesty, depth, and a complete lack of pretension.

Purpose as a Soul Center
As a Soul Center, Outreach 419 functions as a practical ministry where the Bible is applied directly to the wounds of daily life. We provide:
* Biblical Discipleship: In-depth teaching that respects the intelligence and the struggles of our members.
* Ministerial Care: Dedicated chaplaincy services for life’s critical moments, from crisis intervention to community celebrations.
* Leadership Development: Training others to lead with the same “Life Recovery” mindset, ensuring the ministry remains a permanent pillar of support in our region.
