Our primary purpose is to provide spiritual care, emotional support, and a compassionate presence to Fire, EMS, and Public Safety personnel. Rooted in Christian faith and servant leadership, the Soul Center supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—especially in times of crisis and trauma.
Hallowed Ground Ministry exists to strengthen believers who desire depth over noise and formation over performance. This online ministry provides biblical teaching, written devotionals, and reflective content designed to help men and families build their lives on Christ with clarity and endurance.
The focus is spiritual formation in everyday life — marriage, vocation, responsibility, leadership, and obedience. Rather than platform building or personality-driven ministry, Hallowed Ground emphasizes Scripture, steady growth, and faithful consistency.
Through writing, podcast teaching, and theological reflection, this ministry seeks to support working men, husbands, fathers, and emerging leaders who are serious about growing in biblical literacy and character.

This Soul Center is led by Balafama M. Boyle, credentialed minister, in service to my community and the world at large by HIS grace. Taking HIS presence that prevails in all circumstances according to GOD will in Jesus’ name amen, offering: Intercessory prayers, Planting Home Church/Family Fellowships, Officiant Services (Pre-marriage coaching), Bible Studies, Pulpit Messages, Reconciling and bringing people to GOD through Christ, Baptism and sacrament, Home blessings, Minister of the word.
We have been inspired by the turn out in the online live Bible studies and seek to reach more for Christ. We are very grateful for the Christian Leaders Alliance for enabling us to expand our efforts in reaching more people. We serve an online group of 132 members currently in the online community who are spread across the South east US and one in the UK. Additionally we serve the student body of the truck driver training program James operates in South Carolina.

GETTING TO KNOW US
We are Derrick and Bridgett Raybon. Married since 2016. We have three children. Both of us have various kinds of degrees. We have both been ordained to ministry. Up under the umbrella of Christ the King Church and Ministry. Then, we served there for 5 years. In 2022 the vision for Holy Light Ministry was formed. And now we continue in ministry as a fellowship soul center.
Our Coming to Christ and Calling to Ministry
We have both walked with God. We grew up around one and another in the 90’s. And we discern God’s calling us to ministry.
Our Marriage passage was:
So, they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate. Matthew 19:6
Our Calling to this Soul Center
Inspired by our divine encounter with the Lord Jesus. We are thankful for Christian Leaders Alliance for equipping us to minster at this fellowship soul center. As community minsters we also invite people to attend Hold Light ministry teaching classes. Together we are interested in encouraging people to live a holy and victorious life in Jesus Christ.

We ministered through prayer and bible study and leadership and role modeling and hospitality. We ministered to family members and friends. We plan to invite many families. We have done marriage counseling.

We believe God wants your marriage to thrive and flourish! God gave us the gift of sex to be treasured, savored, and enjoyed in the confines of marriage. As a marriage coach I want to help couples move forward. A Christian coach can bring a new perspective and help with communication issues. Having a strong relationship takes work and anyone can learn the skills necessary with some help. We will encourage, and pray with couples to see their marriages become stronger and happier!
